tas5I finally found time to finish the Tweet A Sound update. Many people have suggested new features, and I have tried to include most of them. So thanks for all the feedback! Especially thanks to Francis Preve for his valuable input.

If you are new to Tweet A Sound then you can watch the Getting Started Tutorial.

Fixed some bugs; in ‘make’ mode you can stop the sound by hitting [space bar]; added some graphics; changed some wording. Read the changelog here.

Version 1.0 and 1.1 are compatible with each other. So you don’t have to worry about others not hearing your sound as intended.

Remember, when you share your sound, the receiver gets the sound you hear when pressing [space bar].

Tweet A Sound

Sorry Windows users, still only for Mac OSX. I tried to compile a Windows version but had problems. I will try again at the next opportunity.

Warning: when testing Tweet A Sound on an older Mac and it took a while to start up, so please be patient after launching it.

In the next update, I hope to provide users with direct access to #tas results through Tweet A Sound. In the meanwhile you can get the rss feed here. feedicon16px

As usual, please let me know how you go on. Your feedback is very useful.

And don’t forget to follow me on Twitter ;-) @soundplusdesign.

Have fun!
